Kim Wilson is an Operations and Finance Executive with a 25+ year proven track record of helping businesses scale and increase profit. In a nutshell, she makes the CEO’s vision a reality.

Kim combines a wealth of technical expertise with broad experience across industries and company stage. Her career started with two entrepreneurs where she quickly learned all aspects of the business. She served as the general manager for their existing business and helped launch two new businesses in consumer products and manufacturing. Kim then transitioned to biotech and technology, working primarily in the advanced therapies space (autologous and allogeneic cell therapy, gene therapy, and personalized vaccines) where she held senior roles and continues to consult in Manufacturing, Technical Operations, Research and Development, Program/Project Management, SaaS platform development and implementation, and Sales/Marketing Operations. Additionally, Kim’s consulting work serves many other industries such as design/build, general contracting, IT consulting, and more.

Kim holds an Executive Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington Foster School of Business. She earned a minor in Accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Washington State. Her volunteer work includes serving as the chair of the Yellow Wood Academy Board of Directors and the Brightwork Consulting Advisory Board.

As a Seattle native, Kim loves the forests and mountains of the Pacific Northwest. In her free time you will find her trail running with her canine running buddies - Sage and KC - skate skiing, or rock climbing in places like Index, Squamish, and Red Rock Canyon. To relax she enjoys a good book and quiet time at her home on Queen Anne with her cat, The P.
